Slick Steve Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 With the help of a buddy, I have come up with 2 of these NOS, and we are trying to get some info on these cool little things. Does anyone have the installation instructions? How about any tips? We are wanting to put this on a dual Edmunds intake for my 51' 230 flathead. Quote
greg g Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Here is a link to a thread on a Hudson forum. Perhaps you might pm the feloow asd see if he ever go them set up. Seems they are not injectors, but more like SU's and Strombergs, these are basically constant flow variable venturi deals where a tapered needle come progressivly out of the jet to modify the F/A mix to the air flow. Looks like you might need a spacer between the device and the manifold to allow the linkage to move through its arc. Supposidly the ones that are out there are either 100 cfm or 200 cfm. most are proto types, The discussion was that the company went out of business before any significant manufacturing got under way. http://www.classiccar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10377 Quote

greg g Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 Just saw the "100" on the tag, probably refers t the 100 CFM flow. Like to see what they look like with the sheetmetal off, if it comes off easily, would appreciate seeing some more photos, base, down the throat, fuel connection etc. Is there any kind of choke or cold start enrichment mechanism??
