I look at referrals the same way I look at the number of post one makes. It's just a number. I get at least 6 to 8 inquiries per year on my website regarding a question about my coupes restoration and where to buy such and such. Regardless if I can answer their questions or not, I always refer them to the forum and encourage them to register here. I know some of those people have then signed up, but evidently didn't use the referral option because I have zero referral's. That's ok with me though. I don't need a button to wear on my shirt or hat. I know I sent them here and they'll get help, and that's all that really counts to me.
