Hi all, Grandadeo here. I'm the new guy on the block. My old friend Normspeed intoduced me to the site some time ago and I finally got around to registering. I have a stock '53 Belvedere 2 door hardtop that some of you may remember Norm listing for me on the site classified section a year or so back. Although I never really tried hard to sell it no one ever showed any interest in it so I guess It's here to stay. Norm and I go back about 38 + years when we worked together in Fort Lauderdale. He may have moved to the left coast but he couldn't shake me. We have spent every Father's Day weekend for the last 16 years at the LA Roadsters Show in Pomona. I also have a '32 Ford roadster that I've driven out there a few times for that show. Back to the Plymouth. It came from Texas 4 or 5 years ago. Nice car that needed a little tinkering. Bought it for my wife I thought, now it looks like my 30 year old son has claimed it, at least for a while. I guess it's going to be the father/son car adventure we never had when he was younger and wanted to mess with 4-wheel drive trucks. We plan to keep it pretty much stock. Maybe lower it a little and add some spinner hubcaps. Would also like to hop up the 6 similar to Norm's. Well I think I've rambled on enough. Looking forward to keeping my ears open and learning alot from ya'll. Nice to be here, finally.
