  1. Tom. Hello. Was wondering if you are friends with Ralph Barnes from S.A.
  2. Something to consider as to vibration on your drive shaft could also be the rear bearing in your gear box. This is often overlooked for the Ujoints.
  3. Dave. Hello. I put in down lighters. The type that you would fit into your new kitchen cupboards etc. They are really bright and fit like a dream.
  4. I saw this on Ebay Uk for sale. It's a Morris minor truck with lots of additions.
  5. Unfortunately I never took a picture of the tailgate. It has the name Desoto embossed on it.
  6. Hello. Was at local car show last week and stumbled across this interesting truck.
  7. Barry. Hello. Please could you take a picture once you have installed the rubbers. I would just like to know which way they fit.
  8. Well done thus fare. I know the feeling now that you have turned the corner. It's all the way home now.
  9. Des. Hello. Please see the pics of the tool that I had made to pull the WDT. It worked a dream. I used the replacement WDT as a template. I took it to the local laser cutting shop. Where they kindly cut out the profile for me. The trick is not to make to notches to high. As they will catch onto the block. You will have to put something underneath to lift the profile snug into place. Fortunately I managed to get the whole thing out in one go. I used the slide hammer. I knocked it backwards and forwards to break the rust grip. Then it came out.
  10. GK. Hello. A couple of pics to help you. along.
  11. South Africa. 1950's
  12. Mike Hello and many thanks for the reply. Luan is this a type of wood that you used. I am not familiar with this term.
  13. Hello again. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion to how I might be able to flatten these small side leather panels.
  14. Mine was on the left front side of the chassis. Between the grill and the front shackle.
