In my 48 Ply SD, the speedometer light starts to flash green when I go about 40-45 mph at night. Is this a normal ? Thanks Bob

Here are some pix of my 48 SD. I got the car in may of 2008. It hadn't been on the road since 1983. The previous owner was going to have the car painted so they sanded off the old paint ( forest green) and applied primer. It sat that way for about 10 years.So when I got the car it had surface rust and 2 rat's nests inside.The motor was free but 3 valves were stuck. Normaly, I like restored cars but I thought I would have fun with this one. I did all the work myself at my house.Also there is a picture of my 55 Dodge Custom royal Lancer -
