Tim Brown Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 Can someone here tell me if the front fenders from a 52 or 53 1/2 ton will fit a 49 1/2 ton. The expert help from the folks here is always appreciated. Tim Quote
Chuck U&R Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 So all front fenders '48 - '53 are interchangeable ? Quote
Reg Evans Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 Yes, unless they are from a 1.5 ton or larger truck. Then the wheel well openings are larger and have a fender flare on them. Quote

MBF Posted July 18, 2008 Report Posted July 18, 2008 They'll all interchange, but the 48-50 have an angled crease that goes almost the full legnth of the door (follows the profile and contour of the front fender). On the 51-53 doors this crease only goes partially across the door. Quote

I just loooooove those 49-50 plymouth dashboards . Dennis, thanks for the excellent photos. Bud Quote

For what its worth, I like the older dash better. Dennis Quote
