number I called that was disconnected. Just called back on the phone with them now. Dont know why I got the disconnected message the first time I just pushed send from my phone again and got them.

Well, it must have returned. I just watched it. I am going to add this place to my list at the shop and give him a try the next time I am doing a customers' car and runn into a parts problem.

I just tried it again and got the same message. I then went to the you-tube site and found a clip on auto parts and tried to watch it and got the same not available message. Guess I will be calling the ISP tomorrow.

Skip, Ya know, I get the same kind of thing when I try to see a photobucket site. (and everyone here uses photobucket) My provider has something that won't let me see the site. So, I have to view them at the shop. Wierd how that happens to some of us. Sure wish I knew how to overcome that problem.

Bob, sometimes it's tied into the security settings on your computer. Or, maybe a popup blocker is set too high or your overall security level is set way high. You might take a look in tools-internet options-security and experiment with different settings on the slider.

I think it is amazing that he does it without automation. The receipt write he uses is hand cranked. That's an antique itself. Was that phone a rotary dial up?

Here's a trick to increase the clearity of the You Tube picture. Up in the address bar add the following to the end of the address and hit enter. It will clear that fuzzy picture. Try it, it works. &fmt=18
