I have had about 300 as well, but I'm 20 years older so you got me beat. I started writing them down in a book about 25 years ago after a friend asked me how many vehicles I've had. No way I would remember them all today. I wish I had taken more pictures but some I didn't own long enough to take one :)

Never owned an Asian vehicle but had a few English beasts.

Just one project now. That's enough.

I learned pretty quick to shy away from English cars; my cricket(s) have been pretty damn reliable, but they are really conventional cars....except for the zenith sideraft carb

a buddy of mine had a '68 spitfire mk III. That car was SO much fun! I taught my self how to drift in that car (swing axles)

the starter was out and the wiring was jury-rigged, it had a house light switch for the ignition. You had to push it (easy) reach down, flip on the switch, yank it into second and jump in before it got away from you......

man....it's a wonder we didn't kill ourselves........

I own later models, three Mk Iv and one 1500's and a GT6..Giovanni Michelotti at his best...that is a timeless design..at my towering 5' 7.5" height..it is just a hand taller than my belly button..I did a complete body strip, repair, some panel replace and paint on a Mk III years ago for a cute little blond..painted it that Mazda Miata lipstick red...complete with matching lift off hardtop..like the GT6 in that body style better than the later but prefer the later Spits. Two are complete bodies and will get upgrade engines..the other three are runners...
