Norm, did you wear a coat, slacks and tie with the loafers to school every day? Had a couple in my class that thought they were "Joe College" in high school, dress for success.

We called them tennis shoes but described this type as "high tops" but it was most likely a regional thing as was referring any type of soda as a "coke" and rolled up jeans as "ankle beaters."

Regardless what these things were called or how they were done it's still a cool picture. Hope to see more in the future Arthur.

The screensaver currently has around 500 pics, mostly old Mopars, with a sprinkling of other auto stuff, vintage auto advertisements, 40's 50's pinups, etc.

That would be an effect. The technique I'm using is combining images and working in layers. It's like painting without the mess. However it is just as time consuming.
