Norm's Coupe Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 Tim, Don't have anything like that. Do have a rotary tool with the various bits to engrave something like that though. Also have a woodburning kit with all the various tips that you can write with. This sign is not painted, all the letters and border are burned in. Then sealed over with satin clear urethane. That said, probably won't put my name on anything. Quote
PatS.... Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 My Grandfather had a punch with his name on it with which he marked all his tools. He was a millwright all over the US an Canada around the turn of the century 108 years ago. I still have it but no one knows where all his tools went Anyone ever heard of Eau Claire Lumber out of Wisconsin? That's who he worked for. Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 Eau Claire Lumber was bought out by Weyerhauser Corp. in July 1888.
