1950 Dodge Coronet

Good afternoon,

I am disassembling my 1950 Dodge. The grommets that pass thought the trunk/inner fender for the tail lights and the back up lights are tuff figure out how to remove.

Not very rubber like any more. 

That have any of you done or tool you used?

An illustration would be helpful

If the rubber is old, you might have to destroy them, if they need to be removed.
