Cowl vent spring size

Can anyone give me the approximate dimensions of the spring that goes on the cowl vent mechanism? Mine is missing so my cowl vent won't stay open.

Overall Length 2.5"

Spring Barrel Length 1"

Spring Barrel OD 0.363"

Spring Barrel ID 0.253"

Spring Material OD 0.050"

Spring Hook Ends Offset 90°

I can extend it to about 3" using both thumbs and forefingers (no scale to measure)
