1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe

I have a buddy who recently inherited the above mentioned vehicle when his father passed away.  I'm sure I'll (we'll) have a ton of questions as we go along (I'm more familiar with late '60s early '70s Mopar muscle cars).

 

Can anyone tell me what size the wheels are?  Diameter, width and bolt hole pattern?
