New 48 B1C owner, Bed question

The wheelbase on my truck is 116"  What are the differences in the beds from the 108" wheelbase trucks?  Since the difference is 8" is the difference in the bed forward of the rear fenders?

The length difference is mostly ahead of the axle. However, the longer beds are also 54” wide vs. the 48” 1/2 ton bed.
