Marty C Posted September 18, 2022 Report Posted September 18, 2022 My 52 Dodge Coronet had no wiring for the Gyromatic solenoid governor and interrupter switches and I want to add my own wring but don’t know the values of the Circuit breaker and resistor unit. I don’t know if this unit can be bought or is part of a wiring harness . Can this transmission harness also be bought! Quote
Doug&Deb Posted September 18, 2022 Report Posted September 18, 2022 The device circled is the circuit breaker located on the air cleaner brace that runs from the cylinder head to the air cleaner housing. Rhode Island Wiring and YNZ Wiring sell the Gyromatic harness. I don’t know the technical specs but try the Imperial club website. They have the original troubleshooting manual and other technical publications available for download. I also have a 52 Coronet so if I can help I’d be happy to. Quote
Frank Gooz Posted September 18, 2022 Report Posted September 18, 2022 That is a circuit breaker and a resistor. Looks like the same diagram for my 1950 Dodge. Quote
Frank Gooz Posted September 18, 2022 Report Posted September 18, 2022 oopps On my car the is a bracket from the head to the air cleaner and they are mounted on that bracket. Quote
