thebelvedereman Posted December 2, 2021 Report Posted December 2, 2021 I was wondering if anybody knew if the trim clip for the cowl molding on a 1948 Dodge/Plymouth was reproduced or available from anyone, I've tried Andy and a few other places that deal in classic cars and have had no luck, a few of them sell the actual molding but not the clip that holds it on Quote

If they have it I'm going to order one for both sides, it's funny because I lost the passenger side on my 47 a few years ago, and when I found a replacement they would only sell it as a pair, and luckily I kept the driver side with all my other parts LOL, because it's the driver side that is missing from my new Dodge Quote

You are my new hero, they just emailed me back and said they have them in stock, so I called and ordered one for each side, I never found the clip when I had my 47, I ended up making one myself, I am adding restoration specialties to my long list of bookmarked Mopar restoration sites, thank you thank you thank you thank you Quote
