1934 10” brake drum maximum size ?

I have 10” brake drums on my 34 Plymouth . What would be the maximum diameter size before there unsafe ?

I believe its 10.090. 
just had my 10” fargo drums measured, and they were way under that,good news for the safety inspection. 
My mid 70’s rear diff,10” drums are 10.060. And from measuring i have room to give them a little cut on brake lathe.

Thanks I’m at 10.035 fronts and 10.020 rears. Could not find anything on line.
