I've only seen them in indoor settings.

Do you know anyone who might have stray parts for a 1960s or so Bishman electrically operated changer. Son in law bought one this weekend, and mainly needs the top arm/hook that removes and installs the tire.

Can't really see it in this pic, but this is what the changer looks like.
