oldmopar Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 I always like Nash's a favorite was the car Lois Lane drove in some of the Superman shows/movies that was a convertible but only the top part went down door frames were still up Ed Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 That would be the little Rambler convertible. Pretty cute. This one is a 1950 model. Also made a coupe and wagon. The full size Nashes of this era - this is a '53 version - got pretty boxy, but they would run good. Had friend in high school.....his parents owned a 54 big Nash Ambassador....that baby would hit 100 pretty easy. And the seats laid down. Quote
oldmopar Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 Thanks Bob, I never what years they were that wagon is also interesting. Ed Quote

JerseyHarold Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 Back in my college days (the 1970's) a friend contacted Noel Neill (who played Lois Lane for most of the TV series) and got her to come to our school (Geneseo, in Western New York) to address a sorority. She had gone into the real estate and auction business after the show ended. I saw her after the sorority event in our campus bar, drinking beer with a bunch of girls. Didn't see a Rambler convertible in the parking lot..... Quote
