Redmond49
I'm trying to remove the front clip from my '46 P-15 per the instructions in the shop manual and some threads here, but the clip is not letting go. - I removed the nuts from the two bolts at the bottom of the radiator support, the ones you access through a hole in the bottom of the front crossmember. - I removed the fender support bolt on each side for the inner fender. - I removed the 5 inside bolts for each fender that hold the fender to the body. - I removed the exposed bolt at the top side of the cowl on each side next to the hood hinges. - All wiring and the hood release are disconnected. - I removed the lower molding on the passenger side; the driver side one is still held on by the original clips and I can't figure out how to pop the molding off the bottom of those clips without bending/denting the molding - the bolt holding the leading point of the molding goes through the bottom corner of the fender and the trim won't bend enough to let the fender slide by Have I missed anything?
