Thomba48
Hi. Finalising the upholstery plans the carpet and the fabric/ possibly leather is still to be decided upon. I know, it is in the eye of the beholder. Stil .... Is there a real difference between the different suppliers of carpet material. So if it says cut pile, 80/20 etc. does it really matter where you buy the material from? I have for the first time read about the 600 series loop carpet for as little as 12 USD from albrigths. Is this material any good vs. the other two. Can Albrights and its low price really be trusted? thanks
Thomba48
Sorry. Had an internet issue. Therefore I posted this message twice. Can this one be deleted?
9 foot box
Cut pile sounds cushy,it's fuzzy. Go for loop style. It just looks better than rubber and looks more comfortable with your interior.
Dartgame
80/20 would be loop similar to carpet used in 60’s and 70’s cars...cut pile would be used in mid 70’s to present. Earlier cut pile was similar to carpet used in a home. Late model cars is short cut pile. Not sure what 600 series is....ask them for a sample to see it.
