Hickory Posted August 15, 2018 Report Posted August 15, 2018 So some time ago I member posted his own experience using stain and paint to have the appearance of wood on his window surrounds but I can't find the topic, does anyone have the link. I would like to try this. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Silverdome Posted August 15, 2018 Report Posted August 15, 2018 Is this the thread you are asking about? Quote
Hickory Posted August 15, 2018 Author Report Posted August 15, 2018 That is a great job. It wasn't the one I was looking for but it will help. The thread I'm thinking of has an older gentleman that and I think his grandchild helping in a video. Withen the last year. I searched in the search section and went through 56 Paige's of threads with no avail Quote
sser2 Posted August 15, 2018 Report Posted August 15, 2018 Here is a link about using rubber-based printer's ink and press wash for woodgraining of 1933 Plymouth panels: 1933 Plymouth woodgraining I ordered the stuff (much more than is actually needed; cannot be ordered in small quantities). PM if interested. Quote
