He also needs the brake return spring, and the pin, clip, washer and cotter pin that fasten master cylinder push rod to the pedal. Illustrated on page 80 of the P-15 Parts List book. Bob

does anyone know if one from a plymouth will dwork? I have one I can send him

That's a good question. I didn't think there was a difference but Tim Adams pointed out that there could be a difference because of the fluid drive on the Dodge. Does anyone know? Todd B.

The MC is the same for all Mopars. I have a new in the box MC with remote fill that I bought off ebay several years ago. The guy had it listed as a 54 Chrysler MC with remote fill setup. In checking the NAPA book (was a NAPA brand MC) it showed the MC fit all MOPAR cars from 46 -54. Based on that, I would think the parts are also interchangeable inside the MC, if someone has one laying around.

The NAPA book did not have a different MC for fluid drive cars.

Thanks for all your help up to this point guys. I need to cross reference these parts to make sure they are the same ones and I don't have $50 to buy a 48 d24 parts manual right now. The parts I need are unfortunately not included in a rebuild kit.

Thanks in advance. Todd.

Oh and I think I found a return spring that'll work. Won't know till I have all the parts to put it together. Had to buy a $15 kit but at this point...
