Axle shaft 1946 Plymouth P15, 4 door ( how many splines)

Hi Everyone, i need to replace the axle shaft on my 1946 plymouth p15 special deluxe, ive read on one site that the number of splines was changed to 16, from 1953 onwards, does anyone know how many splines  were on the 1946 plymouth P15, and the lenght, i"d really appreciate any help, thanks

Ten splines.  Axles are the same  37 to 48    .

 

  49 unique but still 10 splines  50-52 same length 10 spline  more splines same length 53 to 56.
