best 2 bbbl Carb for a mopar 6

SO...anyone have preferences on 2 bbl carb for our flat engines? My old D6a2 is in need of a rebuild...I'd like to get a 2 bbbl to replace it.

NEW or Original Rebuilts...whatever you can tell me I'm listening. Thanks.

I used a Holley 94 from a 56 Ford on my D30. I had to make an adaptor to mount to the 1 barrel manifold and located a slightly shorter rod from the bell crank to the carb. Works well. Here is an adapter for 10 bucks, 2bbl carb to 1bbl manifold. There are also a bunch of carbs on their site.

Try looking at langdon's stovebolt, they have adapters and carbs.
