Fernando Mendes Posted July 20, 2017 Report Posted July 20, 2017 The seller sent me my carburetor with the needle valve seat for the filter not for the copper lining as like I was thinking. Quote

bambamshere Posted July 21, 2017 Author Report Posted July 21, 2017 You no whats missing from mine and not sure if I need it. Is the bar going from my choke plate to the throttle. Not sure if I need it. Wonder if I could fabricate one. Quote
NiftyFifty Posted July 21, 2017 Report Posted July 21, 2017 There is no bar from the choke to , throttle, they were operated with a cable to open and close Quote
bambamshere Posted July 21, 2017 Author Report Posted July 21, 2017 Oh ok ya I have the cables but even the picture they have shows it. But this could be for a different carburetor or different year. If you look at Fernandos it has one on it and thank you because I forgot to hook the other cable up to the throttle. Quote

I think this bar is what you were referring. When we close the choke plate this bar actuates in a cam and moves the throttle lever with its adjusting screw giving a slight acceleration. Quote
bambamshere Posted July 22, 2017 Author Report Posted July 22, 2017 Yes that was the bar I was referring to. Quote
