Actually a bit of it but tge rebuild kit that bought came with instructions of how to do it also. Had to check a few things because some of instructions were blurry.

The seller sent me my carburetor with the needle valve seat for the filter not for the copper lining as like I was thinking.

We are talking about the needle and seat that the fuel line connects to right

Oh ok ya I have the cables but even the picture they have shows it. But this could be for a different carburetor or different year. If you look at Fernandos it has one on it and thank you because I forgot to hook the other cable up to the throttle

I think this bar is what you were referring.When we close the choke plate this bar actuates in a cam and moves the throttle lever with its adjusting screw giving a slight acceleration.
