Young Ed Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Neat stuff. Looks similar to 2 of the ones Dad has. His are from the late 20s and black. On those you crack the valve and let a little gas drip into an open pit. Then you light that and that preheats the white gas. Then the whole tank shifts back and the gas opening gets connected to the burners. We used to use it all the time when we went camping. Quote
