IAY 4004-1 is the replacement newer model distributor W/O vacuum advance just like yours.

It was used on all the B3,B4..F thru K series trucks (1-1/2 thru 2-1/2 tonner trucks).

It will work perfectly fine on your truck too.

I do not know of a re-builder.

Shown is this distributor... which is my back up.Distributor IAY 4004-1 B3 B4 (2).JPGDistributor IAY 4004-1 B3 B4.JPG

That isn't moss Don.!!..that's packed dirt and grease as hard as concrete on that distributor I just picked up from eastern Washington a couple weeks ago,.

in near 100 degree temps @ 35-40% humidity!.

A pretty dry area for sure and very hot all summer long. Not like here where I live and where moss grows on the south side of mushrooms and on 8" long slugs backs.

The morels from what I had to read about are not around here in western Washington much.

They grow over in North Central  Eastern Washington mainly after a previous years forest fire. Then a good crop will be had!
