pflaming Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 I'm a couple weeks ahead of you. Will be watching with interest. I already learned something, tks. I removed the brake master cylinder and pedals today, and cleaned the inside of the fire wall. Yes good tired! 1 Quote
pflaming Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 It is interesting to see the subtle differences between the Dodge and the Plymouth (53 Plymouth Suburban). Also interesting to note that every electrical device has some small item that grounds it to the frame, so one needs to be alert when removing a motor such as the windshield wiper motor. It has a thin brass plate at one of the mounting holes. If that brass does not contact metal I wonder if the motor would work and one could trouble shoot forever. Lights the same way. So cleaning parts these days, tedious work as Clay is experiencing and many others before us. But rewarding. Love this hobby. 1 Quote
