Well I have my answer. NO! I bought the back seat out of a 48 Dodge Club Coupe and the bottom is about 1/2" wider than the space between the walls. I spent a couple of hours with a hacksaw and welder to narrow the seat frame 3/4" on each side, and now I think I can make it work. I'm really suprised the dimensions of the P-15 and D-24 are different on the inside.

Dodges are bigger than Plymouths, best I can tell. May be only a little bigger, but stuff won't usually interchange. As you found out.
