silly 218/230 question

Any head desiged to fit a 218 will fit a 230 right?

 

The block is the same between the 2 correct?  im wondering if my plymouth 218 goodies will fit on my new p24 dodge block?

A p24 block is a '53 or 4 plymouth.  Is this what you have?  218 and 230 stuff, by that time, should interchange as assemblies.  If you are putting 230 crank rods and pistons in a 218 then you will also need the appropriate bell housing as well so the stater will work.
