What year and model trucks had the dual carb intakes? Were they 230 engines,or the bigger Chrysler engines?

How hard are they to find, and how much do they generally sell for?

They were made for the 25" blocks or larger. I paid $700 for a stuck engine just to get these parts.

YIKES! Out of my price range. I've only had the 42 for a week now,and have already spent more money on parts than I paid for the car. I 've been spending so much money buying parts that one of my credit cards refused payment to a outfit in Canada, and the other one cleared the payment, but called me on the phone to verify the last 5 charges. I have never had this happen before.

The upside is I don't care. I'm still happy I bought it and am looking forward to my first trip up the dirt road I live on. Maybe even next week. I love this little coupe.

Vintage Power Wagons, http://www.vintagepowerwagons.com/ has an Offenhauser Dual Intake, on page 16 of their new catalog. I couldn find it on their site, nor do I know if it will work for you, but at $335.00, it might be worth a call for you. I chose a differant route for myself.... DCP_0026.jpg I had an adapter made, so I could mount a Holley two bbl. Runs good. I can hardly wait for the cam.

I know where I can buy a new Offy dual carb intake complete with the carb linkage for $235,so that is probably what I will do.
