brake and clutch pedal return springs

I have the first of what will probably be many questions.  I'm starting to put my 52 B3B back together, I have the drive line in, but I can't remember what the clutch and break pedal return spring connect to. There is probably a bracket that mounts to the bottom of the bell housing, but I can't seem to find anything that looks familiar.  I'll make something if I have to.  Do the springs just clip into a hole, is there any tension adjustment?

They just clip into two holes in a bracket that is like an "L" bracket. The pedal adjustments are seperate.
