Local Swap meet discovery

Ironically after helping my friend bring home his nearly finished 40 Woody, I stumbled upon this at the local Long Beach Swap Meet.  Owner is discouraged at response.  I encouraged him to join our forum and post it in the classifieds.  Appears to be a pretty driveable car.  I would be happy to find out more. The car is local.

That is nice! Looks like the tough part, aka woodwork, is done. It would certainly be a nice project to pick up and do the rest of the work needed. Thanks for posting.
