Can someone change color in photo?

I am thinking about 2 toning this 48 phantom- chevy 350 nova clip etc.

Can anyone tell me how to turn the hood top along drip rail to a Rolls Royce

silver? Can anyone direct me top a program I can down load to do this? Thanks,

As long as you are just trying to get a reasonable perspective on what the change would look like, the basic photo editor that is supplied with Windows O/S MS Paint will do that for you.

I am sure it is already installed on whatever computer you are using.

Tim, that may be true. However, the trick is learning how to use it well. I've tried playing with that several times over the years. Finally gave it up as a lost cause.

Can't help with the computer graphics changes but this may give you an idea what it may look like. Just squint your eyes a bit and imagine it's a few years newer.

...Photoshop offers you the ability to utilize layers in addition to a wide variety of color balance, hue, etc. adjustments plus filters..., to achieve any effect you can imagine. The beauty of layers is that you can make a selection once, copy and paste it as many times as you like and experiemnt with different colors and effects on each layer. The attached example is just a very quick selection of the top portion with a couple of quick adjustments. The image resolution is very low and I wasn't about to spend a lot of time on it, but did just enough to show the possibilities.
