Steering wheel from 50 Plymouth-picture request

My steering wheel on my 50 Desoto was literally down to the metal hoop when I bought it so I found a 1950 steering wheel from a Plymouth.  I have the wheel and center cap but it was missing everything else.  Does someone possibly have pictures on how to attach everything?  I have the wire but was hoping for to see what else I need to find to make it work.  Thanks!!

Do you have access to a parts manual that will show the horn activating parts?

No, that is what I was hoping to get was the parts manual picture showing what I needed.  Is the part above part of what I need?

Thanks!

I have another question for the experts who have a '50 Plymouth wheel like what is pictured on the top half of the attached.  I found the contact cup and nut insulator on ebay.  So now I have all the parts to assemble.  My horn wire has a nipple on the end of the wire.  Does the nipple fit into the bottom of the nut insulator?  If I am looking at it correctly the horn button spring assembly presses down on the nut insulator which then contacts the contact cup?  Thanks!

Does your steering wheel have the large horn ring, or just the small center cap?

They appear to have similar but different components inside.

It has just the small center cap.  I found a nut insulator with a "slice" out of the side of it yesterday on *bay.  I think the original one I ordered was the wrong one.
