Old Service Station Photo needs a quart of Havoline?

I'm pretty sure 1939 is correct, but I'm going Chrysler.

 

The Plymouths and Dodges had horizontal grille bars. DeSoto and Chrysler vertical. But I think the horizontal hood trim, the bumper, the fog lights, etc., more closely resemble this Chrysler (above) than the DeSoto (below).
