Hi,I have a 1938 Dodge D8 coupe that I am updating in the same vein.Bigger drums on the back with a 9 inch Ford rear.I like the stock look and location of the master cylinder.I talked to rustyhope about the front brakes and he said that the sppindle bearing diameter is variable on these cars and would have to be measured before the right parts for the upgrade could be made. I just did the king pins, but neglected to get the info while it was all apart.1965 Ford Econoline van rear is 62" wide. After the spring perches are relocated and angled,I can enjoy the 3.50 gear ratio.what other period parts are you using?
