PatS.... Posted May 24, 2007 Report Posted May 24, 2007 Seen advertised locally but actually in Saskatchewan. Looks decent, price is right. Always liked the proportions of these two doors. http://calgary.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-classic-cars-1954-Plymouth-2dr-Ht-W0QQAdIdZ12487248 Same seller also has a Pilothouse Panel truck Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted May 25, 2007 Report Posted May 25, 2007 Pat, I think you should go for that hardtop. Those are neat. I would love to have something like that, and the price looks good if it's near you. However, if I were to buy a 53/54 now it would have to be done. Don't need any more projects. I'm having trouble finishing what I already have now. That's primarily due to your saying in your signature, and I quote; "Inside every older person is a younger person wondering, "What the hell happened?" That's me. Quote
PatS.... Posted May 25, 2007 Author Report Posted May 25, 2007 Norm, I have a project that I'm not quite able to devote the needed time and money to. I'm not sure there IS another project in my future. Like you, if there is a next one, it'll be 95% done, not needing 95% Maybe a 56 Caddy Coupe deVille. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 25, 2007 Report Posted May 25, 2007 I sure would like to have that left door center trim.... Quote
PatS.... Posted May 25, 2007 Author Report Posted May 25, 2007 Tim, if it wasn't a 5 hour drive, I'd have it for you...even if he wasn't selling parts Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 25, 2007 Report Posted May 25, 2007 Pat...I surely appreciate your attitute to help out..but in all seriouness..if you are in a local yard and see a piece of this trim, I am in the market..the one I have is now I have pretty much bumped out and not looking too shabby...will be better than nothing..it was mangled when I got the car.. Mine being the Savoy line, it did not get the Sport Coupe body like the Belvedere you pictured...they are sharp looking cars..kinda grow on you...and the pic you posted shows Dodge trim..I really like their tailfins as much as the stateside Plymouth with the flags...
