47heaven Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Does anyone know where I can purchase a new ingnition cylinder as well as a couple for the doors and trunk? Mine need to be replaced. Looked, but didn't see anything in the links. Quote
Guest tagree01 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 I think Andy Bernbaum has them. http://www.oldmoparts.com/u.htm Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 The usual answer......sometimes they come up as a set on ebay. Often, they come up separately. Quote

Guest rockabillybassman Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 I've bought lots of stuff from Andy B, and have no problems with him. Quote
jd52cranbrook Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Same here. He's kind of gruff at times but no big deal. Always had what I was looking for. Anyone can have a problem with anybody at times. Guess that's human nature. Quote
Guest tagree01 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Quote Do you think it's safe to order those from him? To be honest, I've never ordered from him, but I was VERY impressed with the amount of hard-to-find stuff he has. I'm planning on ordering a bunch of stuff soon. Quote
Guest usedmind Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 When I was looking for an ignition cylinder Andy's didnt have them. I messaged someone on ebay and he pu a complete matching set together for me. Just try maybe messeging the guys on ebay that sell the old locks... Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 Just don't buy any rubber window strips from A.B. I have bought brake cylinders over the last few years....they were ok. Several had problems with the rubber items. Quote
burdman129 Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 I got my ignition cyl and all my rubber (including window) from Andy.....no problems. Quote
