Santa came early this year

Ok, this is a little OT, and actually he came twice.

first he dropped these beauties:

steel bubble skirts from big jim's. finally!

now for some patina treatment to match the vehicle.

and then it happened i could get santa's company vehicle... guess he wanted something more modern.

1942 WLC in full christmas dress:

the red has to go, otherwise i have a nice new toy for next year.

already started playing as you can see. i don't know yet if i can afford this,

but the conditions were good and i couldn't resist. wanted one of these

for a long time now... if it doesn't add up it has to leave, since the plymouth

is not up for discussions, but as long as it's here i can tinker with it and enjoy.

thanks, Andy, and don't worry: even if i dared to ride it that way,

i wouldn't reach the end of the block before i got busted by the law...

unfortunately they're kind of strict here when it comes to fenders,

rear lights and license plates on motorcycles...

Fred, same here in Oz, personally I like the full fender skirts on the rear, maybe a cutdown one on the front.......theres a guy here in my town who is into WLA's bigtime, has a couple in custom made sprung frames with later gearboxes, disc brakes etc......neat bikes..........andyd
