Hi,

I recently purchased a 1950 Dodge Wayfarer, and while it does not fall into the P15-D24 years, I was hoping you knowledgeable members could help me with questions when they arise. Anyway, the Wayfarer has the radio delete plate, and I'd like to install the correct AM radio for my model. Can anyone tell me the Mopar model # for this car? The pics I've seen of the Mopar 803 look like the radio for my car....any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Rick

Hi Rick,

Welcome to the forum. I'll bet somebody jumps in with the correct answer anytime. The MOPAR 802 was correct for '46-early/mid '49, so an 803 sounds about right, to my uneducated mind.

Cheers!

If you can find one you want the models that start with 8. Fancier radios. Should be an 804 since he has a 604. I wouldn't pay more than 20-25 for a core.
