Dodgeb4ya Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 They are bent as shown in the ad. Bob Quote
gordsguard Posted March 27, 2011 Report Posted March 27, 2011 I bought one of those for my 48 1/2 ton. Looks like it will do just fine. Quote
maverick Posted March 27, 2011 Report Posted March 27, 2011 I bought one for my 53 1/2 ton last time they were up for sale and it worked great. Quote
KJ's Dodge Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 Do drag links go bad? Or is this an aftermarket part that makes the steering better? Why have all of you replaced the drag link? I am just curious why would you spend money on a drag link unless this part was missing or worn out on your trucks. KJ Quote
Dodgeb4ya Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 KJ, They wear out (get loosey goosey) on the 1/2 through 1 tons 48-53 dodge trucks. They are pretty beefy on the heavier trucks. I too have replaced the drag link on my 1 ton. My heavier trucks -never. Bob Quote
