vanbuskirk Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Last Saturday, I moved both cars from the garage to clean the stalls, and noticed a gas leak under the pink thing. Turned out that the cork gasket on the settling bowl had died of old age. Five minute fix. Now, that the weather has warmed, I will have a chance to burn a tank of gas and check the mileage. Also, I have to clean overspray from the '47. Last fall, when I sprayed the Scotty panels on a windy day, a wind gust moved overspray all over the '47. Rubbing compound time. I have already started, and it cleans with some effort. Bob Quote
