Young Ed Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 Now if someone could figure out a way to put a modern filter in those little breather caps that would be cool. Those seem to be harder to find. Quote
grey beard Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 I have a spring-loaded cap on my oil fill pipe - just above the hose that brings clean air from the air cleaner into my crankcase. Road draft tube is in the trash - pcv valve connected to the intake keeps crankcase nice and clean while getting all the moisture out. Don't need no stinkin' air breather screen on my oil cap . . . MBF Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 Can you post a pic of what the sytem looks like plumbing wise with the PCV system installed? I've been considering this for my '52 1 ton, and 36 Plymouth as I these don't get many miles on them, and getting rid of the condensation is important. Mike Quote
