However, the shot apparently needed a little additional lighting. Note the fluorescent light that has been mounted to the headliner just above the driver's door. You can also see the extension cord that was taped to the headliner. Quote

Lee Exline Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 I have seen them offered in dealership magazines from the 50s so that customers could see inside the car in the showroom, Some years ago I had a 1953 Dodge dealer demo hood that had two kidney shaped windows cut into the hood with plastic windows and a light on the bottom center of the hood that illuminated the new HEMI engine for the customers to enjoy!
