Head gasket difference

Hey guys, I just noticed the head gasket I picked up a while back has the internal bypass hump and hole in it. I got the external bypass. Can I still use it?

Yup. I have one of those in my car. 12K miles no issues.

you can use the internal bypass gasket on the external bypass heads but you cant use the external bypass gasket on the internal bypass heads .
