I'm watching "High Sierra" with Humphrey Bogart driving Rebecca's '36 Coupe. Lots of scenes with the car, and a great movie. Very worth seeing!

Was that on Turner Classic Movies? I missed it but I would bet that my Father saw it, he watches it every night. I will see if I can rent it.

Check the tv schedule for a film titled "Mr Belvedere Goes To College" made in 1949. There are several shots of a '36 coupe like yours. It's a good film too. Funny. Also in "The Postman Always Rings Twice" from 1946, there are numerous shots of a '37 sedan.

imcdb is a curse.;) I just spent about an hour looking around on there.:eek: I looked up High Sierra, and you are right, they used a '37 and a '38 for his car.

It wasn't on TV, we do Netflix. It's pretty cool.
