Repo sway bar bushings

I'm rebuilding my front end and saw these for sale. They are not rubber, but urethane. Do you think these will work as well as rubber?

I've got same sort on my 40 Dodge, admittedly it also has a 1" thick sway bar but I have had these on for about 20yrs......work well........andyd

They'll work fine, but might have a tendency to squeek loudly if they aren't lubed well.

Urethane is a lot tougher than rubber, gives a harder ride, and squeaks in cold weather. Dave Krus of Metal Rubber Products makes all rubber suspension parts for our cars, krusn46@aol.com. Great stuff, and reasonably priced.

Yeah, I just bought some things for him today. Real nice guy and is producing a lot of rubber replacement parts for our cars. I gave him the address to this forum and he will be showing what he has for sale. Now, I have all the bushings I need for the sway bar.
