BobT-47P15 Posted December 12, 2009 Report Posted December 12, 2009 Norm, I believe Dale has decided to go with dark blue on the currently coppertone brown coupe. He's trying to determine a specific color shade he thinks is close to original and one he likes at the same time. My P15 coupe I had in the 70s was a non-original blue when I bought it, then I had it painted to some shade I considered Chrysler "Midnight Blue", but don't now recall the brand of paint nor the color name. It was pretty dark. Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted December 12, 2009 Report Posted December 12, 2009 Bob, In that case you guys might want to take a look at the 1987 color charts. I had a real nice shade of midnight blue on my 87 Reliant that I bought new. Also had an 82 Yamaha motorcycle that was a nice dark shade of midnight blue. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted December 12, 2009 Author Report Posted December 12, 2009 the 2003 Saphire blue Town and Country van I picked up for dad couple weeks back was a very pretty color that may also be of consideration...that I think would be right at home on a P15.. Quote
